I messaged Gold Standard in the evening and got an immediate response. Wendy arranged for two technicians to arrive at my property much sooner than I expected. They sprayed the infested area and activity outside stopped. However there was still activity in the loft and I messaged Wendy again and she arranged for Dave to revisit. This required him to go into the loft and respray. This was all carried out quickly and professionally and nothing was too much trouble.
